This was my first time using this parking and shuttle service, and will definitely book with them again. My mom has used them many times before, and now I understand why. Our pickup took a little longer because of traffic in Brussels, but that’s not something they can control. They were easy to reach by phone, and I’d much rather have the driver arrive safely than rush through traffic. A special thanks to Isiah for driving us both to and from the airport. He was incredibly friendly, and even during Brussels rush hour I felt completely safe the entire journey. Great service overall!
