I am very disappointed with my experience with this taxi company. I was significantly overcharged for the ride, and the pricing was never clearly explained. What is even more concerning is that the fare increased simply because the passenger being picked up was a minor. Charging extra based on a passenger’s age without proper disclosure is unfair and unacceptable. I expected honest and transparent pricing, but instead I felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to others unless they improve their pricing practices and customer service.

Poor customer service, alotta drivers are rude. They over charge most of the time. The older lady that does dispatching is beyond rude , very impolite, I’ve met a few drivers that are very cool and friendly. I’m not a rude person so once I’m given that energy trust and believe it’s gone be given in return.

Years ago I gave Classic one star, I guess some things never change. Tonight was the last straw, incompetent on punctuality only existed for a while but then when you deal with a unprofessional and disrespectful dispatcher it's the company that loses - it's customers and money.
